How To Get Twitter Followers For Free


I'll show you two techniques that I use to get Twitter followers for free without following anyone. These techniques are free and legal, but you must be careful not to over use them, because you can be marked as a spammer. This method is time consuming and hard working, but definitely worth it.

Send tweets

The first method I use is to send tweets to other people.

In the search box type in the keyword you are looking for, find people talking about it. Check their profile, how many followers they have, how often they tweet, how many tweets they have .... 

When you find the right person, go to their profile, and in the upper right corner click on the small cubic box. Click on "Tweet to". Now you can send a tweet to that person, and if they think it is interesting, they will retweet that to ther followers.

Replay to others' tweets

Another technique I use is replaying to others' tweets.  

In the search box type in the keyword you are looking for, find people talking about it. Check their profile, how many followers they have, how often they tweet, how many tweets they have .... 

When you find the right person and tweet, below that tweet you will see replay option. Click on it, and now you can replay on that person tweet, and if they think it is interesting, they will retweet that to there followers. Every time someone replay on your tweet, twitter send you an email which informs you about it.

You can use this to get more facebook fans for free. When you get several thousand twitter followers you can connect your facebook fan page and your twitter profile.  

I use this technique to find the real and high quality followers for my clients. These followers more favorite and retweet tweets on Twitter profiles that I maintain in the name of my clients. Dementia With Lewy Bodies

Dementia with Lewy bodies is sometimes referred to by other names, including Lewy body dementia, Lewy body variant of Alzheimer's disease, diffuse Lewy body disease, cortical Lewy body disease and senile dementia of Lewy body type. However, in certain rare cases people under 65 may develop DLB All these terms refer to the same disorder. Dementia with Lewy bodies appears to affect men and women equally. Dementia with Lewy bodies (DLB) is a form of dementia that shares characteristics with both Alzheimer's and Parkinson's diseases. As with all forms of dementia, it is more prevalent in people over the age of 65. This factsheet outlines the symptoms of DLB, how it is diagnosed and how it is treated. It accounts for around ten per cent of all cases of dementia in older people and tends to be under-diagnosed.

What are Lewy bodies?

Lewy bodies are also found in the brains of people with Parkinson's disease, a progressive neurological disease that affects movement. Researchers have yet to understand fully why Lewy bodies occur in the brain and how they cause damage. Their presence in the brain disrupts the brain's normal functioning, interrupting the action of important chemical messengers, including acetylcholine and dopamine. Many people who are initially diagnosed with Parkinson's disease later go on to develop a dementia that closely resembles DLB Lewy bodies, named after the doctor who first identified them in 1912, are tiny, spherical protein deposits found in nerve cells.

What are the symptoms of dementia with Lewy bodies?

Dementia with Lewy bodies is a progressive disease. This means that over time the symptoms will become worse. In general, DLB progresses at about the same rate as Alzheimer's disease, typically over several years.
  • A person with DLB will usually have some of the symptoms of Alzheimer's and Parkinson's diseases.
  • They may experience problems with attention and alertness, often have spatial disorientation and experience difficulty with 'executive function', which includes difficulty in planning ahead and co-ordinating mental activities. Although memory is often affected, it is typically less so than in Alzheimer's disease.
  • They may also develop the symptoms of Parkinson's disease, including slowness, muscle stiffness, trembling of the limbs, a tendency to shuffle when walking, loss of facial expression, and changes in the strength and tone of the voice.
There are also symptoms that are particular to dementia with Lewy bodies. In addition to the symptoms above, a person with DLB may:
  • experience detailed and convincing visual hallucinations (seeing things that are not there), often of people or animals
  • find that their abilities fluctuate daily, or even hourly
  • fall asleep very easily by day, and have restless, disturbed nights with confusion, nightmares and hallucinations
  • faint, fall, or have 'funny turns'.

How is dementia with Lewy bodies diagnosed?

New brain-imaging tests can also help. The diagnosis of DLB is made on the basis of the symptoms − particularly persistent visual hallucinations, fluctuation and the presence of the stiffness and trembling of Parkinson's. It is always important to get an accurate diagnosis of dementia, but a proper diagnosis is particularly important in cases of suspected DLB since people with DLB have been shown to react badly to certain forms of medication (see 'DLB and neuroleptics', below) People with DLB are often mistakenly diagnosed as having Alzheimer's disease or vascular dementia instead. Dementia with Lewy bodies can be difficult to diagnose, and this should usually be done by a specialist.

How is dementia with Lewy bodies treated?

At present, there is no cure for dementia with Lewy bodies. A recent study also found the drug memantine (Ebixa) to improve general function in DLB although further studies are required to confirm this. It is sometimes better to try to provide reassurance and alternative distractions. However, recent guidelines from the National Institute of Clinical Excellence (NICE) do suggest that these drugs should be considered for 'people with DLB who have non-cognitive symptoms causing significant distress to the individual, or leading to behaviour that challenges'. Recent research suggests that the cholinesterase inhibitor drugs used to treat Alzheimer's disease may also be useful in treating DLB, although they are not yet licensed for this use. People who are experiencing symptoms such as rigidity and stiffness due to parkinsonism may benefit from anti-Parkinson's disease drugs, although these can make hallucinations and confusion worse. Physiotherapy and mobility aids may also help alleviate these problems Symptoms such as hallucinations may diminish if challenged, but it can be unhelpful to try to convince the person that there is nothing there.

Dementia with Lewy bodies and neuroleptics 

When caring for someone with dementia with Lewy bodies, it is important to be as flexible as possible, bearing in mind that the symptoms of DLB will fluctuate This class of drugs induce Parkinson-like side-effects, including rigidity, immobility, and an inability to perform tasks or to communicate. Studies have shown that they may even cause sudden death in people with DLB. However, it is always preferable to find ways of dealing with a person's distress and disturbance that do not involve medication. If a person with DLB must be prescribed a neuroleptic, this should be done with the utmost care, under constant supervision, and should be monitored regularly. The generic name is given first, followed by some of the common proprietary (drug company) names for that particular compound: aripiprazole (Abilify), chlorpromazine (Largactil), clopenthixol (Clopixol), haloperidol (Haldol, Serenace), olanzapine (Zyprexa), promazine quetiapine (Seroquel), risperidone (Risperdal), sulpiride (Dolmatil, Sulparex, Sulpitil), trifluoperazine (Stelazine). In the past, they have frequently been prescribed to people with dementia. New drugs are appearing from time to time. The names of many of the major neuroleptics available are listed below. Neuroleptics are strong tranquillisers usually given to people with severe mental health problems. For people with dementia with Lewy bodies, neuroleptics may be particularly dangerous. Under no circumstances should neuroleptics be prescribed as a substitute for good quality care.

How to get ripped abs fast

Hi friends, If you’re looking for the best way to get ripped abs then I’m really glad you found my blog and I would strongly suggest you keep reading. I made this post as a way to share my own story about what I finally did to get ripped abs.

My story to get ripped abs may be a little different from the norm. When I was younger I used to be a guy with a really small frame. I always got teased for been the skinny guy. 

I didn’t know how to get ripped abs fast like the ones some of my friends had so I was in no way going to put my ab-less abdominals on display. I was constantly getting shut down by girls because of my body. All the guys with the ripped abs had to do was take off their shirts at a pick-up basketball game and the girls there would be at full attention.

Fat Burning Phase

The first part to how to get ripped abs fast is having regular cardio workout to keep your body fat percentage low. Your diet should consist of moderate carbohydrate, moderate protein and low fat. Try metabolic cooking to include some fat burning foods too. You don’t want to consume more calories than you burn because this won’t burn the fats in your body.

You can try arranging with your friends jogging sessions a few days in a week. Or you can even try going for a basketball game or engage in any sports you enjoy. The idea here is to burn fat and doing it in any way which appeals to you.  

What Exercises Can You Do To Get Ripped Abs Fast? 

- Full Vertical Crunch. This one is great because it recruits all your ab muscles by getting your upper body and your lower body into the action.Lie on your back and lift your legs up toward the ceiling. Put your hands behind your head and lift your shoulder blades a little of the floor – this will contract your abs. While you do this, stretch your legs upward as if you’re trying to get your heels on the ceiling.What you want to aim for is to make your body into a “u” shape. Lower yourself back to starting position. This should be done for between 10 and fifteen reps each time. 

- Hanging Abdominal Crunch. This is relatively easy even for beginners. Start by lifting yourself up on a sturdy parallel bar or doorframe using your arms. Once you get your balance curl your knees and draw it inward to your belly. Stay that way for ten seconds and repeat.

 - “Long Arm Crunch”. This easy to perform exercise will focus on your upper abs. Start out by Lying on your back (on a mat if you have one) with your arms stretched out in a straight line behind your head.You’ll know you’re doing it right if your arms are near or touching your ears! Contract your abs to lift your shoulder blades off the floor. Perform 10-15 reps per set. 

- Sit Ups With a Twist. Lay on your back on a smooth surface taking care that both your feet are touching each other. Once done start lifting them both at the same time while in the same position. This will force your muscles in the abdomen to react and contract with each repetition. Do about 5 sets of this exercise.

- Classic Sit Ups. Who would neglect to do tried-and-true sit ups? Using the same position as the sit ups with a twist, you can start raising your upper body to bring the force down on your abdomen. Do this for about three sets. For added better results you can combine one or two of these exercises in succession.

- Vertical Leg Crunch. Here’s a good one for your obliques. Start by Lying face up on the floor, legs straight up and cross your knees.contract your abs and lift your shoulder blades off the floor – in this exercise, imagine that you’re trying to touch your chest to your feet (this will make sure you’re doing it right).Lower your body and do this 10 to fifteen times for each set.




Keep in mind that you also have to schedule a day or two for a much needed rest. The muscles in your abdomen and arms can only withstand so much pressure in a matter of days. Muscles are built when you are sleeping or at rest. Now that you have learned how to get ripped abs you can go ahead and practice what you have read.

Women do not know how to tell jokes

Nearly 80 percent of the joke, and caveats that tell ladies, even when they are not blonde, not to cause laughter. Women weave a story and connect a series of comic points, while the men fired jokes.

It may sound like a joke that women do not know how to tell jokes, but a recent survey in Britain showed that 80 percent of humorous caveats arising from the mouth of a lady met with complete silence (and disbelief), while 90 percent of fora and tricks up their sleeves to throw men followed by laughter or at least approval.

My colleague at work told a joke, all held in the stomach - says Marijana S. - I get home. Recount a joke, a husband and kids look at me like I was crazy.

After decades of experience in writing comedy, Wanda Sykes American confirms that women's voices are often silenced where it decides what is funny.

- A woman told joke and - nothing. Then the man told the same joke and all are calved from laughter. So she just said the same thing!

This is part of the "tribal behavior" that women understand and difficult to understand - reveals research in the UK. During the study, Dr. Alex Baxter and her team looked at seven meetings of employees in large companies, some of which have had a man and a woman in the head.

- Women are no less ridiculous, but simply using humor in a different way from men - Dr. Baxter's opinion.

"Stand ap" veteran Kate Clinton, who is engaged in this form of comedy from the eighties of last century, says that unlike male humor, based on the "firing" jokes and expected extremely laughter reaction is typical of women to weave a story, linking a series of comic points .

Male humor is mostly made up of jokes, a lady, and that in 70 percent of cases, they like to joke on their own account - to be honest - completely without success.

The people believe that there are people who know how to tell funny jokes, which often is not true.

- They are, regardless of gender, only the would-be "champions" drama section.
